Sheer Decadence

It has been a long running dream of Skye's to eat a proper French Macron and then she found a cute French Pastry shop around so we went. I'm very grateful to her, eating macrons was a whole experience. Proper macrons taste as stunning as they look and we ate a whole bag between us sitting in a parking lot.

Because of aesthetics, we came back another day for more so we could eat macrons while we watched the Marie Antoinette movie starring Kirsten Dunst. The movie was stunning and decadent and funny and it was just gorgeous really.

Another gorgeous movie is Wes Anderson's 'Grand Budapest Hotel'
It's hilarious as well and it reminded me of Series of Unfortunate Event's in it's quirky, quick-paced humour.

One that just deserves to be on this list is the new Emma (2020)
I clearly am not, and never will be, over this movie

If you're looking for movies that look like macrons these are them

  2. That is funny, movies as macarons. I've had them once, when my sister made them for one Easter. I only in the last few years with the advent of Pinterest learned about them, I'd never seen or heard of them before, but they are so dainty and elegant.

    1. XD I love those odd movies that are just so stunningly pretty you physically want to eat them. Ooh, she must have worked hard on them they seem so delicate. I love Pinterest for that, there's so many things I wouldn't know about either. They are! They're really good too, or at least the ones I had were.
